My Approach
Over the past 5 years, I have experimented with a variety of coaching models, and I’ve settled on the most simple of all. You take complete control of how you utilise my support.
While we all have the same 24 hours in a day, we have wildly different use of those hours.
I know that working with a coach can feel like a huge commitment - especially when your time and energy is already stretched beyond your current capacity.
My job is to help bring a little more ease into your life.
Some of my clients enjoy having a regular monthly call booked in the diary, choosing to increase their frequency during launches or health kicks. Others prefer the flexibility of ad-hoc coaching, having me on their team for whenever they feel the need to work through life’s ups and downs.
Whatever you need, you’re in charge.

Coaching is a partnership, where I walk alongside you rather than lead the way for you to follow. My role is to help you clarify your own goals and the steps you’re going to take to reach them.
Mentoring is more advice and answers based. While it’s a wonderful tool to use in certain situations, it’s not what you’ll get from working with me.
My goal is to help you enhance your own life, wellbeing and human potential.

All calls take place via Zoom - you’ll be able to book directly into my diary via Calendly, and it’ll automatically send you the Zoom room link to save to your own calendar.
We can do video calls, or if you prefer, some clients enjoy having video off so they can plug in a set of headphones and do a walking coaching session. It’s up to you!

I currently only offer 1:1 calls with clients in Europe, due to time zone differences and my energetic availability. (If you catch me on a call after 8pm UK time, you’re very lucky!)
